We are a cPanel host. cPanel is a popular software for running a hosting platform because it has a ton of features; they provide excellent support to their customers, it is very flexible and powerful and a whole bunch of other really cool sounding words. For more details about that please read “Under the Hood”. The main benefit to you the customer is the control panel, webmail and the ability to host multiple websites with one hosting account. And if none of that makes any sense we have tech support that will walk you through it or do it for you.
We host a variety of business and e-commerce software, hundreds of domain names and accommodate thousands of users for many local businesses. So we are very proactive about the health and security of our systems and very protective of our users data and privacy. If you have any questions about security, privacy or if you accidentally got locked out please call tech support so we can get you sorted out.
Customer Service and Technical Support by phone is 8AM to 8PM M-F, MST. For technical support it is always recommended that you submit a ticket even if you have called or left a message. So if you call and we don’t answer, please leave a message and also submit a ticket. If you need support outside of normal business hours and it’s an emergency you can submit a support ticket with us online or leave a message and some insomniac will respond by phone if necessary.
